1. Seasonal, group and monthly rates available.
2. Daily rates include linens with your stay (towels, sheets, etc.).
3. Weekly rates do not include linens.
4. During July and August cottages are usually rented by the week. Daily rentals may be available if vacancies exist.
5. Payment may be made by cash or cheque. A deposit may be required for reservations.
6. All cottages are equipped with TV, VCR, Cable, Barbecue, Microwave, Dishes, Pots and Pans, etc.
7. All cottages are set along the back of the property.
8. Above maximum numbers and additional charges do not apply to children 2 years of age and under.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelled reservations will be entitled to a refund of deposit on the following basis (applies to summer reservations):
If cancelled by March 15 85% refund If cancelled by March 31 75% refund If cancelled by April 15 50% refund
If a cancellation is necessary after April 15, refunds may be available at the discretion of management. If the cottage can be re-rented in full, the original deposit, less a $20 administartion fee, will be made after the original rental date. If the cottage cannot be re-rented in full, the deposit is non-refundable.

Refunds for deposits on non-summer rentals will be evaluated on an individual basis.
